        Taiacid Dyes and Tainaset Dyes, marked by T&T Industries Corporation, are acid dyes for polyamide and wool fibers dyeing, applicable to exhaust dyeing, continuous dyeing and printing, etc., which enable the dyer to achieve perfect results on a wide variety of fabrics of polyamide staple fibers and filaments.

        Selection of the dyestuffs depends on the required fastness level for the particular polyamide fiber, coloristic properties of each Taiacid Dyes and the compatibility of dyes. Under these aspects, the range of Taiacid Dyes is divided into:

3.1) Taitilon KWL Dyes

Taitilon KWL Dyes are suitable for 100% polyamide and wool in pale shade, which have outstanding levelling power to avoid streaky dyeing. The following dyestuff combination should be used:

      Taitilon Yellow 4R-T 200% KWL

      Taitilon Red 2B-T 200% KWL

      Taitilon Blue 4RN-T 200% KWL

3.2) Tainaset Dyes

Tainaset Dyes are acid dyes composed of 1:2 metal complex and the fastness is better than normal Acid Dyes. They are suitable for 100% original polyamide fiber and wool fiber dyeing. The trichromatic colors are recommended as below:

Pale and Medium shade

      Tainaset Yellow 4G-T

      Tainaset Red 2B-T

      Tainaset Blue 2RN-T

Deep shade

      Tainaset Yellow 2RN-T

      Tainaset Red GN-T

      Tainaset Navy RN-T

3.3) Tainaset PA-T Dyes

Tainaset PA-T Dyes are acid dyes composed of 1:2 metal complex and the fastness is better than Tainaset Dyes. They are suitable for dyeing polyamide with elastic fiber ( Lycra, OP ). The trichromatic colors are recommended as below:

Pale and Medium shade

      Tainaset Yellow PA-T

      Tainaset Brown PA-T

      Tainaset Grey PA-T

Deep shade

      Tainaset Yellow PA-GT

      Tainaset Brown PA-T

      Tainaset Dark Blue PA-T
